The service

Folix AI (this web app) and the Folix for Chrome extension are an AI assistant for people with a Folix account. Access is by invitation; the operator may suspend access to protect the service or other users.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account to yourself and sign out of devices you no longer use.
• Use Folix lawfully and only on pages, accounts and data you are allowed to use.
• Check what Folix proposes before you allow it. AI answers can be wrong; you remain responsible for the messages you send and the actions you approve.

Safety limits

Folix never types passwords, one-time codes or card details for you and never presses payment or checkout buttons; sending, submitting or deleting always needs your confirmation. These limits cannot be turned off.

YouTube features (YouTube API Services)

Folix's YouTube features (connecting a channel, uploading and scheduling videos, channel statistics) use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy. You may connect only channels you own or are allowed to manage, and you are responsible for the videos you approve for upload. Folix is not endorsed by YouTube.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Folix you agree to it.

No warranty

Folix is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
